Coleslaw Home-Style
Preparation: 30 minutes | For 6 hot dogs

INGRÉDIENTS
- 1/2 medium-size green cabbage, shredded (3 cup)
- 250 ml (1 cup) white vinegar
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) water
- 180 ml (3/4 cup) vegetable oil (grape seed, sunflower or canola)
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) sugar
- 5 ml (1 tsp) salt
- Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
- Put the shredded cabbage in a large bowl.
- Combine the remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat. Remove from heat.
- Pour the vinaigrette over the cabbage while it’s still warm. Let cool.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Prepare hot dogs with the ULTIMATE HOT DOG STEAMER.
- Fill hot dogs with coleslaw and your choice of condiments.
