Coleslaw Hot Dog
Preparation: 30 minutes | For 6 hot dogs

INGREDIENTS
- 500 ml (2 cups) shredded green cabbage
- 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) Dijon mustard
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) relish/li>
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) cider vinegar
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) liquid honey
- 5 ml (1 tsp) ground coriander seeds
- Salt and pepper
PREPARATION
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the relish, Dijon mustard, cider vinegar, honey and ground coriander seeds. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the vinaigrette over the cabbage and red onion, toss.
- Prepare hot dogs with the ULTIMATE HOT DOG STEAMER.
- Fill hot dogs with coleslaw and your choice of condiments.
