Coleslaw Hot Dog

Preparation: 30 minutes | For 6 hot dogs

INGREDIENTS
  • 500 ml (2 cups) shredded green cabbage
  • 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) Dijon mustard
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) relish/li>
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) cider vinegar
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) liquid honey
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) ground coriander seeds
  • Salt and pepper

PREPARATION

  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and red onion.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the relish, Dijon mustard, cider vinegar, honey and ground coriander seeds. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour the vinaigrette over the cabbage and red onion, toss.
  • Prepare hot dogs with the ULTIMATE HOT DOG STEAMER.
  • Fill hot dogs with coleslaw and your choice of condiments.
