We aim to satisfy our dear customers! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. It will be our pleasure to help you. Contact us by our email address info@ultimatehotdogsteamer.com so that we can take care of you. Then you will have the address to which to make the return.

Items must be in their original packaging with a receipt and returned within 15 days of receiving your purchase. The purchase will be subject to a refund applied to the original method of payment or an exchange. Items that are damaged, or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return costs are at the expense of the consumer unless there is a fault on our part.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for your claim to be processed.

A defective item may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt of your purchase and must be in the original packaging with all items originally included by the manufacturer.

Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed. Since we are dependent on Canada Post or Puralator delivery times (whichever is more advantageous), we cannot give a precise delivery date and are not bound by the estimated delivery dates provided by said delivery services.

DMAT2MAT, distributor of the ULTIMATE HOT-DOG STEAMER, offers you a one (1) year warranty against any manufacturing defect of the product, under normal use.
